Well that horse is definitely NOT one of the good things about living in Denver. I've lived in TX and CA but call Colorado my home. The weather can be wild but fun - did you know we have more sunny days than Southern California? Its this wonderful place where you'll use both the defroster and the AC in your car in one day. But it all comes down to the people - just wait until you start meeting them. Looking forward to getting to know you and your family better!
Denver rules, my friend. You will love it here. We are one of the sunniest places in the country, and the people are great, and I've lived elsewhere, but will never feel anywhere else is home.
Denver is great, and I think you will find it to be a very welcoming home. Plus we have the Broncos, so it doesn't get much better than that! :)
