Organic???

The word organic is not synonymous with “wild,” “unintentional” and “disorganized.” Being organic is a way of cultivating openness where people and ministries are allowed to develop and grow in a natural and normal way. A structure or format is not saddled on a community with the expectation that they will fill roles and positions in order to achieve God's will. Rather space is created for people to use their experiences, abilities and resource as led by God to serve both him and the worshiping community. How God has gifted people take precedence over just having a warm body to fill a need. Those within the community will shape the community through our convictions and beliefs about God and the love of Jesus as our lives bump against our particular environment.
